PDF forms that are connected are coming back in the Jotform Format and not the "Original"

    I've asked this question before but think it has gotten lost in translation.

    I've got Canada Tax Forms "linked" to my MERCHANDISER form, however; now this is NOT for all but for some. The form is coming back as an attachment as it is supposed to BUT it is coming back in the Jotform (image 1) instead of in the Canada Tax Form (image 2). Why is this happening? I realize it is a user error, but what is the step they are doing that causes this, so that I can explain what NOT to do. This is super frustrating as these forms are supposed to be user friendly and easy to use on all devices. This does not seem to be the case.

    Hi there - I apologize for the inconvenience.

    I can't seem to locate "Canada tax" while you have the Merchandiser intake form. However, this form doesn't have the original PDF in it.

    Could you please provide us the URL of the form you're having issues with so we can check?

    This is not fixed. I am still getting blank forms back. Now I am getting this...the data is not submitted in the connected form (Canadian Tax Form). I really need this fixed. It is not coming through as an attachment, but in the body of the email. I need the attachment and I need it to be in the PDF form that it's connected to.

    Apologies for the inconvenience. I cloned your form but wasn't able to replicate the issue. The PDF submission is attached to the email.

    Could you please try re-creating your Notification Email to check if it makes any difference?
