Condition by Postcode doesn't seem to work

    You have recently fixed the condition by postcode i.e. bn1 and bn10 which seems to work fine.

    Now the default email for notification doesn't work. I do not receive any emails which do not meet the conditions.

    Example: postcode start with DA (there is no rule to it so notification should go to my email as default but I do not get any email at all.

    Please could you help?

    Since you have used your form's only notification email in a condition, it will never be sent unless the conditions are met.


    To receive notifications even when conditions are not met, i.e. postcode starts with DA, you would need to create another 'default' notification which will be sent to your specified email address whenever a submission is made. This means that whatever the post code your visitor enters, this notification will be triggered everytime.

    To create a notification:

    1.  Go to Setup & Embed tab
    2.  Click Email Alerts
    3.  Click Add New Email
    4.  Choose Notification then click Next
    5.  Complete the Notification Wizard
