I have created an autoresponder with a specific report that should be sent back to the submitter. I have tested this but the submitter does not receive the report. Please assist.

I've checked the settings for the autoresponder. Everything looks fine. This might be probably related to a particular email service or email address. Can you please have the user to check their spam folder? Can you also try a test with a gmail or yahoo account?

How did you get it working? I have used a gmail to test and it doesn't work. I get the notification email but not the autorespond email to any account I try... I have also tried their SMTP set-up and one seems to set-up (maybe) and when I try to set the port (2nd option per my smtp set-up instructions... the site (jotform) crashes ... i get the jotform is currently down for maintenance... I think the dev. for this is not done properly or their checks aren't being done properly... I've been tryhing to get this working for a 2 days now lol... time to find a developer and get it done the right way...
