I want the sender to receive a confirmation email with the details they have just given me as well as a message saying "your order has been received! If there are any problems we will contact you, otherwise we will just send you a confirmation when your flowers have been delivered" or something.
when i went on the 'email alerts' section of jotform it looked like i would no longer receive an email alert if i selected the option to send a confirmation to sender. i definitely need both!
Can you let me know the best way to do this?
PS Jotform has made my business so great! thank you!Page URL:

In order to send a confirmation email, you should add a form autoresponder to your form, please check this guide:
Hope this helps.

I can confirm that you will still receive an email notification, just be sure that you have both the email notification and the autorresponder when listing the Email Alerts
