I first sent this as "private" as it contained screen shots of invoices etc. but I'll post here in the hope that it gets noticed!
I upgraded from Premium to Economy last week and the transaction went through no problem. The payments has been confirmed by PayPal and all was well. Now I receive an email from Jotform to say my account will be suspended unless I upgrade.
On checking, all my details have now reverted to the "Premium account". Please could you resolve as a matter of urgency as I really don't want my forms disabled!
