Please help! We have new patients this morning, and one of our employees has gotten us logged out of our account. We use JotForm for all of our patient forms. Can someone please reset us?? Resetting password was no help.

Hi Bridget, thank you for contacting JotForm support.
Please note that HIPAA-compliant accounts are usually locked out after multiple failed login attempts. I have now flushed your login attempts, and you should be able to login now.
