Reporting fraudulant website using your form, request data delete

    Hi,

    I have used one of your forms on the below link in an attempt to change my driving licence address for the Driving and Vehicle Licencing Authority in the UK.

    I believed I was on the government website as it looked the same but was actually on a website posing as this. I entered lots of personal information including my passport number and banking details when a payment was requested. On completion of the payment it was immediately obvious this was not a genuine service and I cancelled my card to stop further payments being taken (but I have not been able to prevent this transaction taking place). It is not possible to contact the website owner through the email addresses provided on the website. I am very concerned about my personal data being used for criminal purposes and would really appreciate it if you could delete it from your systems. I also would like it if you are able to stop this fraudulent individual using your form so others are not mislead as I was.

    Greetings.

    Our team has contacted the user and ask him to provide proof of business, which he did. This means that there is no reason to suspect that the user is using Jotform for fraudulent purposes.

    If you wish, we can remove the data you have submitted from his account, so the user doesn't have access to them anymore.

    Let us know how you wish to proceed.
