Some of the forms I create don't send all the fields when they're emailed.
How can I fix this without rebuilding the whole form?

What you can do instead is rebuild the e-mail notification. Use the Add New E-mail button to have a new e-mail template, and by default all of the fields from your form will update your e-mail message body.
