Form is not submitting

My jotform is not pushing the submission orders through. A notice shows as "please wait' when an order is submitted. This happended last week as well

Can you please try to clear your browser's cache and cookies and then try again? If this doesn't help, would you mind if we make a test submission directly on your form to try to replicate the problem?
