Good day! I have requested the refund to our higher ups. Expect the refund returned to your account within 4-10 business days. Please go ahead and cancel the subscription to your Paypal account by following the steps below:
1. Log in to your PayPal account
2. Click Profile near the top of the page
3. Select My money
4. In the 'My pre-approved payments' section, click Update
5. Find and Select Jotform from the list of the merchants whose agreement you want to cancel and click Cancel
6. Click Cancel Profile to confirm your request
