The storage space is NOT included in the monthly reset. It is always the total limit of storage space allowed for the subscription.
Unlike the submissions counter which automatically reset every 1st day of the Month, the storage space does not reset or free up space every 1st day of the Month.
If you reached the storage space max limit on any give time, it will disable the form after 24hrs.
It will usually give you notification wheh your account is about to reach any of its limits, so, for storage limit, it is recommended to delete submissions that have files uploaded to regain storage space.
Note: Always backup files and submissions before deleting them because once deleted, it will be permanently erased on the JotForm server.
