How to create a standard form template?

Hello - There are some aspects of your system that are really straightforward and easy to use, but others that are just confusing as to why it's not straightforward.

I want to create a standard template to use for my forms and apply that to the current forms I've built. Is there a way to do that? For example, I want all of my forms to have my logo and address at the top and a submit button at the bottom, without me having to put those elements on the forms each time I create/upload a new one.

Hello,

You can clone your own form and start creating a new form with that duplicated form which already has your company logo and other fields. I hope you can use this to create additional forms more efficiently.
