Our Jot Forms are coming back blank?

    This same problem is happening to me. Multiple times, i am sending out contracts and some are coming back blank- I don't even know who they are from. I've already submitted a ticket, but please fix this ASAP.

    Still getting blank forms. Please fix this. This is causing big problems and we are losing employees because they have to keep redoing this.

    I've seen a post just from Mar 19th with the same problem. however; someone responded to them saying that the issue is now fixed. It is not fixed, I am constantly getting blank forms returned. This is getting absolutely ridiculous.

    We are still waiting for updates on the issue on the original thread.
    May I ask that have you tried to clone the form, make a test submission, and see if you would be able to see new submissions on the cloned form?

    The thing is, we cannot replicate the issue. It's so random.

    Apple users I ask that they turn off their pop up blocker and use google chrome- they do that and it still comes back blank. Some do it and it works.

    Windows PC users I ask to use Google Chrome, they do and it still comes back blank, some come back fine.. we cannot narrow it down to a particular one.

    This just defeats the whole purpose of using these forms. And to be told that there is no compensation is absolutely terrible customer service. We've invested so much time into these forms and making them work for our needs to just be told there is nothing you can do but you can cancel your subscription.

    Hello Melissa - We do understand. However, we had the same issue occurred again about 2 days ago. Our developers have applied a fix so your future submissions should not be blank by now.

    As for the previous submissions you reported as blank, it's still being checked via this ticket: https://www.jotform.com/answers/2958563. We haven't heard any updates from our backend team, yet, but as soon as we received one, you shall be notified there.
