I signed up for the 9.99 mer month and it is not working? The sales sheet on my website says I have reached my quota. How do I get this corrected?

It looks like your username was lost on the order.
JotForm Login Name: firstname.lastname@example.org
Instead of email address this should have been your username. It could be a problem on our end or you might have changed the username accidentally on the order form.
I have now upgraded your account manually. Your account is fully active now. Sorry about that.
