Good day Mate! I would like to help, as far as I know jotform removed the password field from the form builder because lot of people abuse it - used for Phishing. jotform password field is not intended for that use. jotform have it for Conditional Logic. they basically do not allow forms with fields asking for a password specially when it combines with Email Address or Account ID or Username.
If you'd like to do it, you can use the Basic Text Box field (Under Basic Form Tools).
