Help! None of my forms are appearing when I log in

    Dear Jotform,

    When I log into my account, none of the forms that I use are there. They have all disappeared. I already cleared cookies and that didn't help. I had this problem before many times and eventually I can see my forms again but it keeps happening. It's frustrating because I need to access the forms now.

    Apologize for the inconvniance this may have caused.

    It looks like there was a temporary issue on our end with the HIPAA accounts.

    Please try to log in again, and let us know if the issue is resolved.
