Dear JotForm,
We tried to upgrade our JotForm account to bronze yearly.
But we became not successful at payment process.
we tried to use Turkey credit card. Our bank and card are active and open for payment.
But we get an error. (screen shot - check attachment )
when we change zip code. We didn't get any error but payment process couldn't be complete.
Could you please inform us that which zipcode should we use ? Or what is your comment about this erors
