How can I adjust the logo that appears when a recipient receives my jot form?

    Hello,


    When sending my client contact info form via mobile (see screenshot) my logo is muted out. I would like to add a different logo but am not sure where in the settings I can do this. Is the logo pulled from the welcome page? Thanks for your help.
