Our form is STILL offline (for the THIRD time). It's been almost 24 hours

    We are seriously reconsidering paid services with you, as we did last year. You've had almost 24 hours to get the form back online. There's no way to reach a human. Do you NOT have telephones there?

    I've received two emails from DONOTREPLY addresses that say a ticket has been opened and someone (might be?) working on it.

    What is the problem? We will NOT be using your paid service without assurances that your service will improve and our form will remain online.

    I've received two emails from you saying someone else is working on it. Nobody appears to be working on it.

    Hello Roxann,

    Yes this is a duplicated ticket, please refer to the original ticket as my colleague has already responded to your request there.

    Again, when I click the link, I get a screen that says I'm not authorized to view it.

    Apologies for the inconvenience, this case was forwarded to our Reviewers team, they are in charge of checking accounts for possible violations of our Terms of use, after that, no violation was found, so the issue has now been forwarded to our developers for possible backend issue?

    Since there are still no updates from their end.

    I will, however, notify our developers regarding the matter.

    You said people are working on it on March 18th. Today is March 29th. We're still "suspended" and offline.

    Glad we jumped ship. I suspect we're not the only ones. Whatever you changed from previous years?? Change back. You did yourselves no favors. The would have been catastrophic had I not noticed it and found a reliable form vendor. (We mailed out thousands and thousands of postcards that REQUIRED people to sign up on line using our forms.) Nobody would have been able to. I've mentioned this in the past.

    I would like to eventually log back in to download the very few people who were able to use JotForms between you taking it down. I would also like to know what the problem was. We've had minor problems in the past, but NOTHING this bad.
