Form is disabled

    Hi

    The page I have created is disabled. Because of a request for Credit Card information. Can you please delete the option to give Credit Card information and enable the page that we created?

    I have tried to edit your forms, however, I didn't have any problems.

    Can you please let us know do you get any error messages on your form? Does this happen to all forms? What browser and operating system are you using? Can you please share with us the form URL?

    I was able to open this form and Form Builder without any problems.

    Can you please let us know what exactly is not working? Do you get any error messages? Do you see the builder? Can you modify the form? Are you able to open the direct form link?
