    How can I insert a hyper link in a Yes/No Radio Button field?  It doesn't have an HTML editor option (at least that I can see/find).  Thanks

    Thank you the clarification and yes that is possible. All you have to do is insert your html link directly into the Options at the top of your toolbar when the field is selected.
