    Visual Report Builder: Not working Edit button

    It looks like the "Edit" button is not working.

     

    I am using Chrome, I also tried in IE.

     

    Maybe I am doing something wrong, please help :)

    Thank you for contacting us.

    We have cleared your forms cache. Can you please also try to clear your browser cookies and cache then re-check the Edit button?

    When you click on the Edit button it is supposed to show the Widgets menu and switch the report into the edit mode.

    If this is not working on your end, please provide us with the formID/name in question.

    I tried clearing my cookies/cache and it still did not work. I did this

    Hi,

    Can you please tell us which form you have used the Visual Report and was not able to use the Edit button? You have many forms, and the latest forms you have modified does not contains Visual Report on them.

    I was not able to reproduce the issue also on my end. I tested the visual report and was able to edit the report just fine

     

    Please tell us the form you have added the visual report, and we will check it on our end.

    I am unable to even save the Visual Report for form: European Wax Center
    Aurora Parker-Arapahoe. None of the buttons work.
    Tried deleting cookies/cache, browser type, and tried on some of my
    other forms.

    Not sure if I responded or not.
    I was working on form: European Wax Center Aurora Parker-Arapahoe.
    None of the buttons work. Can't save, share, etc.

    I opened a bug ticket about this. There seems to be a javascript error when you try to create visual report for this form. We will look into it and get back to you.

    How did you resolve this problem as i have thee same problem no edit button when i try to generate a visual report?
