Hi, my clients are trying to pay through Paypal, after filled the form on my website. I receive from jotform just "Pending payment" mail and they write me again for told me about an error occurred when they click on "Pay" button in the Paypal page.
"We are sorry, we are experiencing temporary difficulties. Please try again later. If this error occurred while making a payment, avoid duplicate payments by checking your Account Overview before resending a payment.
For some browsers, this problem can be resolved by clearing or deleting cookies.

If the error occurs on the Paypal page then they might be having issues with PayPal website or from their personal account. The best step to resolve this issue is to clear their browsers cache and cookies or try it with a different browser then try it again. The browser might be having issues on Paypal or the browser might be problematic which causes the error to appear. You may also suggest using updated browsers like Chrome or Firefox if they have encountered such problem.
I have made a quick search on google, and it seems to be an issue on the Paypal side: https://www.google.com.ph/search?q=Paypal+error+4011&oq=Paypal+error+4011&aqs=chrome..69i57&sourceid=chrome&espv=210&es_sm=122&ie=UTF-8. You can review some of the threads from Paypal or you can contact them about the problem.
