    Are you able to send through a list of your IP Addresses?

    If possible, can you send a list of your IP Addresses as the section that you provide your IP Addresses scrolls off the page and are all merged together and a little confusing.

    Thanks for getting back to me on this one.

    Just want to check with you though, am working on an issue with a client on some of the forms not getting through via email. We have made progress though and the form that we have been working on has come through to their email via a different IP address (54.240.10.33) as per your list.

    Is this one of your IP addresses and are there anymore other than already on the list that you referenced?

    Hello Paul,

    The IP address shared by my colleague is the complete list of IP addresses. 

    Please share your client's form ID or form URL with which you are having the issue of notification email not coming through. We will be happy to check and assist you.

    Please be noted that you should whitelist or domain names if you are using "noreply@jotform.com" as "Sender Email", we use Amazon SES method for "noreply@jotform.com" sender. Here are the list of domain names:  

    jotform.com

    email.amazonses.com

    amazonses.com

    jotform.co

    secure.jotform.co

    s3.amazonaws.com  

    static-interlogyllc.netdna-ssl.com

     

    If you are not using "noreply@jotform.com" then you should whitelist or IP address. Here is a guide which should help you:  https://www.jotform.com/help/208-How-to-setup-email-alerts-to-prevent-email-bouncing-related-issues

    You can either select "noreply@jotform.com", "noreply@formresponse.com" or you can also setup a custom "Sender E-mail" option. These guide should help you:
