Hi, I've deleted all our submissions and we only have 5 forms. Why is it showing our upload space as being used up? Will new submissions still come in if we don't upgrade our account?

Please clear the Trash folder of the forms too:

Thank you. This did not work. It still says our space is all used up and our forms have been disabled. Please let me know what else you recommend.

Hello, I'm having the same issue as last year. I just deleted all submissions and emptied the trash. Could you please reset the upload space counter?
