hi Yesterday we had problems with email alerts going to firstname.lastname@example.org, transportadmin@mjbakerfoodservice & elaine@mjbakerfoodservice
before when you filled in the form and submitted this it atomatically sent an email yester day emails did not come through.
today the emails are there but instead of showing the drivers name in the subject it now only says jotform
i have done nothing
another issue that i have not been able to resolve is on the delivery exception report
when you recieve the email alert it should say the suppliers name picked up from the form but elaine@mjbakerfoodservice is only seeing from rachel radford
it used to say the supplier
can you help re this

If all 3 email alerts are the same information to 3 different email addresses, i would suggest to only use one email alert and separate the email recipients with commas. As to avoid any conflicts on that end. I have cleared your accounts form cache as well. Unfortunately I do not see any errors on our mail logs, so I'm not too sure why you did not get the email addresses yesterday and you are now. Nevertheless if I come to find this is on our end I will let you know through this thread. In any case the submission should still be available from the submissions page of your JotForm Account.
In regards to the second problem are you having this issue on the submission details of the email alert or on the name of the person the email is being sent from.I do see you had setup SMTP settings before. In which case I would suggest to continue using your personal SMTP email to receive the email alerts with the proper information under who is the email from.
