My website was developed by a company approximately 10 years ago that is no longer in business. When they set up our online application, they used a jot form. Since then I have worked with other web developers. There is a problem with my form currently and applicants are not able to submit applciations. This is the email I received from my web developer.
Hey Erin,The code that appears to be messed up on the jotform site is below. There's no way for me to change it but perhaps this will help. To sum it up, it appears that both the yes and no checkboxes are required which is obviously impossible. If you contact jotform.com they should be able to fix this.<li class="form-line" id="id_107"><label class="form-label-left" id="label_107" for="input_107">I Authorize All Of the Above<span class="form-required">*</span></label><div id="cid_107" class="form-input"><div class="form-single-column"><span class="form-checkbox-item" style="clear:left;"><input type="checkbox" class="form-checkbox validate[required]" id="input_107_0" name="q107_iAuthorize" value="Yes" /><label for="input_107_0"> Yes </label></span><span class="clearfix"></span><span class="form-checkbox-item" style="clear:left;"><input type="checkbox" class="form-checkbox validate[required]" id="input_107_1" name="q107_iAuthorize" value="No" /><label for="input_107_1"> No </label></span><span class="clearfix"></span></div></div></li>Let me know if there is anything else I can help with.NoelPlease help, I need to get this fixed as soon as possible.Erin WallsThe Plum TomatoColchester, CTPage URL:

I've opened the form on edit mode and saved it. Then I made a new submission with no problem, all validations worked ok and it let me to submit
I've also clear your forms cache. You can do that from your side by login into your JotForm account. Here it is how:
If the issue persist in your side, let us know
