I frequently get clients emailing me after filling out our forms indicating that the Captcha won't work for them. It shows up blank, or won't let them type below. This has happened more than once with several forms we use.
Is this a common problem with a specific internet browser or tablet/ iPad/ iPhone issue? I've been trying to trouble shoot on our end to no avail!
Just hoping I can give our clients who are having difficulties a little more information to help them complete the forms!

If you have the form embeded to a webpage it is most likely that script conflict is happening between your form and your website. So, to resolve the issue kindly re-embed your form using the iframe code a this time. Kindly use this guide: Getting the form iframe code
