Getting an "Access Denied" error when paying using PayPal on a form

    Hi

    my paypal will not connect I keep getting access denied, it was telling me my password was incorrect which was not true. When i try and add cc number the keypad doesnt appear for me to do so.

    We would like to apologize for any inconvenience. I have found an account linked to the email address you are contacting us from. And, in that account, I see a Product Order Form that is integrated with the PayPal Business. I can only assume that is the form you are referring to.

    Based on the screenshot you have shared, you are trying to submit the form on a mobile device. May I know what browser and device were you using when you encountered the issue you are reporting, please?

    Have you tried using a different web browser or device? I have tested the form on my end and I was not able to reproduce it.

    I was using Google Chrome on an Android device on my test.

    Can you also, please confirm the error you are getting when you choose the PayPal option, please?

    Does the error appear just as soon as you click the PayPal Checkout button?
