Remove Jotform Branding on Bronze Plan.

    Hey there - I want to know why there's still branding/ads after I have submitted a form on my new jotform bronze account - after the form is submitted, it asks for the user to create a jotform...this is an ad I don't want as I just paid for the service :/


    Please let me know regarding this, can I turn this off? The package said no branding!

    Hi there,

    Thanks for reaching out to us!

    Upon checking your account, I can see that you're subscribed to the Bronze plan, which allows removing the JotForm branding.

    If you would like to remove JotForm branding on forms, you can uncheck the "Branding" option at the bottom of you account settings page as shown below:
