I have been attempting to integrate my for with Google spreadsheet for the past few days however I keep getting the same message - 'An error occurred during integration' after it ticks over for about a minute.
Strangely enough, the form does go to google, however the data does not update.
I have followed all of the steps outlined on the forum for similar problems - eg. Remove integration, log out, clear cache, start over...etc.... to no avail.
I have also tried using multiple browsers on both PC and Mac.

I'm sorry for the trouble caused to you.
I cloned your form in my account and I was able to integrate it with google spreadsheet successfully. I sent few test submissions and it was saved to the integrated google spreadsheet almost instantly.
This is the cloned version of your form: http://form.jotformpro.com/form/33372588525967?
This is the integrated google spreadsheet: https://docs.google.com/spreadsheet/ccc?key=0Ap67emeXZNrndDRxZlVlYUgzMExBbnRFWWh2Wm41YlE&usp=sharing
Have you edited any of the header columns of your google spreadsheet? Please be informed that editing the header columns will break the integration.
I would suggest you to please delete the current google spreadsheet integration from your form, clear your browser cache and re-integrate with google spreadsheet. This guide should help you clear your browser cache: http://www.wikihow.com/Clear-Your-Browser's-Cache
Feel free to clone this form and see if you are able to integrate it with google spreadsheet and submission data is synced correctly. This guide should help you in form cloning: http://www.jotform.com/help/42-How-to-clone-an-existing-form-from-a-URL
Do get back to is if the issue persists.

Thanks, this now seems to be working.
Will the integration still work if I 'hide' any columns?

Yes, the integrations will not be affected by hidden fields.
