Autoresponder emails not sending

    Hi,

    Form Id = 210386766957067

    The autoresponder emails aren't sending. The issue started when I updated the email content to include custom html template.

    If that is the reason, why doesn't the html template work?

    To confirm, are you referring to the following form: 210386766957067? I have cloned your form and did a test submission. I was unable to recreate the issue. Both autoresponders are coming in.

    Could you kindly try to add the HTML? In addition, would you allow us to do test submissions on your forms?
