Double booking - Google Calendar and Appointment.

    There seems to be an issue with the google calendar integration. JotForm sends info to the calendar fine. But it doesn't seem to see appointments already in the calendar. This is resulting in double bookings.


    How do I fix this?

    Hello there,

    Thank you for reaching out to JotForm Support, and apologies for the inconvenience! Unfortunately, our Google Calendar Integration will allow JotForm to populate new events onto your calendar, but does not have the infrastructure in place to validate whether a booking is available on your calendar, and update the availability on your form automatically.

    We do have a few opened feature requests to enable this functionality, and I will convert this thread into another feature request as well. While we cannot provide an ETA for when this feature will be added, this thread will be used to track any progress made towards having this added. Any updates will be posted directly on this thread as soon as they become available.
