    I'm not sure why my account keeps being suspended when I publish a form. Please let me know what the error is so I can change the form.

    I have a question. I am trying to use the form calculation to calculate the total cost of products plus shipping, if it’s chosen. I am not able to figure out how to make that calculation. It will only show the total cost of products. I also didn’t know if there was a widget for shipping costs based on delivery location.
