On your account, you have already created Product order forms.

You need to change the mode to Live mode on the payment settings and then connect to PayPal. Once connected, scroll down the payment settings and click on Continue:

Additionally please ensure that you have a business account on PayPal. Only then you can connect this PayPal Business payment field into the form.
