Betrifft: Form Anmeldung Didaktikkurs und Tutoren- & Kursleitertagung Mai 2021

Guten Tag

Wir haben heute folgende Meldung erhalten:

This mail is sent to inform you that your form Anmeldung Didaktikkurs und Tutoren- & Kursleitertagung Mai 2021 has reached it's declared submissions limit. You can increase the form's submission limits from the settings page of your form builder to let your users continue to submit it. 

Wir haben aber letzte Woche das Upgrade auf Bronze gebucht, daher verstehe ich die Meldung nicht. Gemäss dem Upgrade sollten bis 1000 Anmeldungen möglich sein.

I am sorry for the trouble caused to you. I did check your account and did not find any issue with that. You have an active bronze plan and your usage is well within the limit of bronze plan.

The issue you are having with your form "Anmeldung Didaktikkurs und Tutoren- & Kursleitertagung Mai 2021" is because it is currently disabled. I would suggest you to please enable your form from form setting and that will solve your problem. Please check the screenshot below:
