Form user asked to sign up for JotForm

    I am not certain if this is simply someone clicking on the JotForm button at the end of the form or something else, but I had one of my co-workers test the form, and she says that she is prompted to create a JotForm account. Will upgrading take care of all of this? Branding, any links to sign up, etc?

    It is not required to create a JotForm account to submit the form unless the form is set to be a Private form. The branding footer can be removed by upgrading the account to a paid plan.
