how do I get copy of the completed form?

    Thanks for contacting us.

    You can receive at your email a copy of the completed form by setting up email alerts. So, to accomplish this you need to set up a Notification Email: 

    1. Click on "Setup & Embed" tab on the form builder toolbar

    2. Click on "Email Alerts"

     

    3. Click on "Add New Email"


    4. Select "Notification Email" option & click next.


    5. Select/choose fields for the "Sender Details" and fill out the "Recipient E-mail" with an appropriate email address. Click next.


    6. Put in your form notification subject line, complete your notification layout and click Finish. You're done.

    Along with this email notification email you can also receive a pdf file of the submission data, you only need to include the variable {pdf-link} to the email body:

    So my form is an agreement.  How do I get the text (body) of the agreement to be included, and not just the answers/input from the user?

    Thanks for contacting us.

    As I describe in the step 6 in my previous message, you can edit and customize the content of the notification content. So, all you need to do is to copy the text of your agreement form and then paste it into the Notification conten. You can give it the desired layout.
