    Why does the rich text editor use white as the default text color, making the content invisible to the submitter?

    Why does the rich text editor use white as the default text color, making the content invisible to the submitter? Is there a way that i can chenge this?

     

    When using Chrome, you can click into the box and it reappaears, but leaves again when you click out of it.  Both IE and Firefox it doesnt come back even when you click into it.

    I changed the template from the dark to a lighter option and it seems that there is only an issue with the default text color of the rich text editor for that darker template option (It is white).

    Thanks for contacting us. I cloned your last form and change it back to "Industrial Dark" Theme, it is working fine and the text color is not white both from IE and Firefox.

     

    It could be a caching issue. If you want to use this theme, please try changing to this and save it. Before previewing it, I recommend to clear your browser's caches to see the updated form properly.
