    Can't change dropbox folder

    Hi there.  I'm having trouble chaging my dropbox settings.   I wanted to change the name of the folder and also add a subfolder sorted by name.   I click the Integrations button on the edit form page and then I click dropbox and manage integration.  I change the settings and click next.   Everything appears fine but when I make a submission it still goes to the same old folder.  Am I missing something?  Thanks in advance for your help :)

    In order to accomplish what you wish, you need to remove the current integration and then rebuild and change the folders name to the desired one at this time:

    Thank you.  I have tried that twice now but with no luck.  Any other suggestions?

    Thanks getting back to us.

    I would recommend you to clone your form and to build the integration with tha form, and it should work correctly at this time. Here's how you can clone your form: form cloning

    Please notice that it should work from your side as I made a test with one of my forms by chaning the name of the folders as you described.

    The first name of the folder was New name, then sent a submission and was stored into New name folder.

    Then went to the form in the Manage Integration wizard and changed the name of the folder to Different Name and created a sub-folder with sorted by Name then sent a submission and a new the file was stored in a separate folder titled Different Name:


    So, it should work fine from your end too. 

    Please clone your form and try building the integration and if that does not work, let us know.

    Thanks for the response but that didn't seem to work either. The dropbox integration wizard doesn't seem to save my changes.  What's next?  :)

    I've cleared your form's cache and remove the Dropbox Integration. Please kindly clear your browsers cache and cookies for Jotform then login again and redo the integration. See if that makes a difference.
