Notifications: Email doesn't have attachments

unfortunately, the issue hasn't been fixed.
In this submission, the total size of the files attached was around 1.5 MB but they were only available as LINKS, which we find very annoying and time-consuming.
The issue was already raised to your attention and keeps coming up: could you please get if fixed once and for all?

None of these emails had attachments OVER 5MB.
None of these emails had a “5MB limit exceeded” message at the end.

4997292071317788356 is the ID of one of the latest forms we received, with a total file size well UNDER your 5 MB threshold, yet there were no attachments in the email, ONLY LINKS.
Truth be told, we did receive other forms this week and they were all OK, with all the attachments included in the email.
The erratic nature of this problem must be as disconcerting to you as is disrupting for us here... We truly hope you can find a final solution to this.
