    Hello jorgealaniz,

It is possible that the email client that you have cannot read HTML data. This is normally the setup to web hosting with web email services.

When an alert is sent to your email address, it is by default in HTML.  Unless you choose the template in your email alert settings to use the plain text version.

If you still would like to receive HTML versions of your email, you might have to manually set it up in your webmail, if this is not possible then you might consider using email client applications such as MS Outlook, MS Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird, Eudora, etc.

I hope you find this information useful.

If you need further clarification regarding this matter, or if you have other questions or concerns, please let us know.

    Thanks,

    Liyam
