Several clients could not submit form

    Hi,

    The form at the included url seems to be working, but locked several clients out from submitting. My suspicion is that it has something to do with the Paypal integration (or maybe the OS they're using) any guidance would be helpful.

    We apologize for the inconvenience.

    I've checked your form, and it's currently disabled. However, as I can check, it has recent submissions received. Since only particular users face the issue, it should be related to the settings/configurations of those particular users.

    Could you please let us know if the form is embedded on the website? If possible, you may provide a screenshot of the error users are facing, so we can check further.

    You can suggest the users who face the issue with submitting the form to clear browser caches and check again. If the issue persists, they can check the form using any other device or internet connection.

    Okay, thank you Niko. If I make it live will it be easier to assess for y'all? I'm concerned that we're losing folks at registration.

    I've tested the cloned version of your form using several different devices; however, I could not replicate the issue. If any of your form users notify you they are facing the issue; you can ask those options suggested above to check and, if possible, provide the device and browser used, so we will try to replicate the issue on our end.
