I can't get a submission...

Update: It seems I can at least view it in my inbox now... im not sure what happened?

We just had somebody make a submission on our form, but I cannot retrieve it. I can tell his name is Jim Saunders from the automated email that I got, but even in my inbox online, it does not show that, or any other information. Is there a way to retrieve this submission?

The issue might have occurred due to the database replication problem. We have received an update from our backend team that the issue should be fixed by now. Please check again and let us know if you need any further help. We will be happy to help.
