Missing fields in notification email

    under settings> email notification

    Not all the field are shown so emails being sent back are not complete due to missing fields.

    I need to fixed asap.

    No idea how to correct this

    I see your issue and the missing fields on your email configuration. You can add another notification email by clicking on the "Add an email" button.


    Click on the "Notification Email" option and you will see that the newly generated email has all the fields covered.


    After doing that, please make sure that all other settings such as the recipient address, included PDFs, etc. are the same as the initial email configuration.
