Why is my jotform disabled/suspended?

    I have customers trying to fill out my form this evening. I received two submissions, but have 3 other customers getting a "form not found" error... and now I can't login! Help!!!

    Hello,

    During periodic checks by our system, your forms were automatically blocked because they look suspicious. I checked your forms and reactivated your account as no form field appeared to violate our terms of use.

    The "Cash App" sentence might trigger the security filter. You can remove this sentence for next time.
