My account is locked

    Hi, I've got a message saying our account is locked because we are phishing.
    We definitely are not phishing as the forms are used by internal staff for internal processing data.

    How can we get the account turned back on?

    The form you provided is located on the account tzlimited. The account is active. The issue was resolved on the following thread: https://www.jotform.com/answers/2995175
