    I get a warning saying, "Form over quota."

     I deleted old forms and am nowhere near quota but I am still getting the message. My submissions is also under quota.

    Hi Greg,

    Looking at your account stats, I can see that your regular submission count is nowhere near the limit of 100 submissions for free accounts. I can't think of any reason why your account went over quota other than reaching the maximum allocated space for free accounts.

    The maximum storage space for free accounts is 100MB. Since you have deleted forms (which probably have a lot of uploaded files) your used space went down to 56.62MB but it still won't reactivate your forms. Once the storage limit is reached, your forms will get disabled and will only be enabled on the following month.

    I went out of my way and re-enabled your forms. Please take note that I can do this only once. Next time this happens, there is nothing I can do about it. You would either have to upgrade or wait until the succeeding month.

    As a workaround to your storage problem, I advise that you integrate your forms to dropbox, so that you can regularly delete submissions without fear of losing data as you will have copies in your dropbox account.

    Thank You Neil. We've had the upgraded account for awhile and downgraded for a bit because of low activity. I'm sure we'll be going on and off the premium package during heavy contests.
