Why is my table showing up as blank when sharing with others?

I am trying to share the submissions with others for my form, and up until recently they were able to see what was submitted. Now each time they click on the link i send them the table is blanks. Can someone tell whats happening? It is a public form and i didnt set any restrictions. Thanks!

We recently had an issue wherein tables shared with collaborators were shown as blank.
