How can I revive deleted account

Hello, I accidently used my personal name to create a department account and deleted this account. I then attempted to create another account using the same email address, but it appears I am unable to do so. Is there a way to reactivate the deleted account and change its username? Thank you.

If the account was deleted recently then it's possible to reactivate it again, once it's active you can change its username, please inform us with the username or the email of this account so we can check it.
